JUST SPOKE TO LEROY DE WEEVER AT THE THE DIAMOND CASINO HE IS HAPPY WITH THE NEW ALLIANCE.
Just ran into Leroy De Weever, usually when he sees me, and my camera he gets upset, but this morning he was all smiles, and here’s what’s weird….
He didn’t even have his cane. He was walking briskly, and seemed to be in a GREAT mood, I would be to if I was the chief orchestrator of the fall of Theo Heyliger’s government. .
We all know by now, Sarah couldn’t get Theo personally, so she appointed her deputy plotter Leroy de Weever to assist her, and you know when Sarah calls, Leroy shows up.
Leroy de Weever spent months wining and dining Patrick Illidge, Roy Marlin, Frans Richardson, William Marlin, and many more high level politicians, back in March we gave them the name “The Passagrahan Posse”.
There first attempt was in January, but like I wrote in March, Toontje Buncamper, who is still angry with the Marietje set-up, snitched ”The Posse” out.
Theo returned, and although things seemed to return to normal,
the plot thickened.
Romaine Le Ville was the key, the main person to get from under Theo’s clutches, and Leroy and Sarah almost had their paws on him in January,
until the dictator Theo Heyliger’s un-expected return.
At Jouvert on Saturday, the last float was a casket,
in the casket was a billowing picture of Sarah Wescot Williams,
When I asked what it meant,
a very SPECIAL National Alliance friend of mine said:
“When they asked Sarah if she would ever join with Marlin,

So what will Theo Heyliger do next? Who are his defenders? His strategy has always been to divide and conquer, and he did it flawlessly, even to his own party members. He used a strategy of getting his people to attack one another, when he was not happy with them. He had Romaine Attacking Rhoda, Frans attacking Roland Duncan etc etc etc.
It backfired spectacular, oh, by the way I don’t know where the above lady is from, but she won some sort of prize, the Water truck turned on an wet her down to cool her down, but them my equipment got wet. I want to know who’s brilliant idea it was to spray down revellers with water trucks.

CFTC Charges Florida Resident and
His Panamanian Corporation with
Fraud and Misappropriation
At least $16.4 million in customer funds
solicited by making false statements,
with more than $2 million
misappropriated for personal use.
Washington, DC – The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading
Commission (CFTC) today announced the filing of an
enforcement action against Trader�s International Return
Network (TIRN), a Panamanian corporation, and its
president David Merrick of Apopka, Fla., charging them with
solicitation fraud and misappropriation of customer funds
involving at least $16.4 million.
According to the CFTC complaint, filed on October 14, 2009,
in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida,
TIRN represented itself as a �private investment club� that
provided various investment services, including foreign
currency (forex) investing, through its purported Real
Century forex trading program. As alleged, the defendants
accepted at least $16.4 million from customers to participate in
TIRN�s investment program; however, no customer funds were
invested as described on the TIRN website and in TIRN�s
written materials. The CFTC complaint charges the defendants
with misappropriating customer funds for various other
purposes, including diverting more than $2 million for Merrick�s
personal use.
The CFTC complaint seeks a court order that freezes the
defendants� assets, provides the CFTC with continuing access
to books and records and requires an accounting of funds. The
CFTC also seeks orders of preliminary and permanent
injunction that would require the defendants to disgorge illgotten
gains, pay restitution to defrauded investors and impose
civil monetary penalties.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission simultaneously
filed a civil securities enforcement action against TIRN and
Merrick in the same district court. The U.S. Attorney�s Office
made a parallel criminal investigation public on October 7,
2009, when it executed numerous simultaneous search and
forfeiture seizure warrants.

The police evidently noticing the similar pattern in the robberies, went to the SAME house that was involved in multiple robberies three months ago. They played cat and mouse for several hours. There were questions as to whether the supermarket in the picture above was also robbed, because of the police presence, but the police kinda knew the routine, and where to look. They started with one patrol car and a squad truck, within minutes the forensic van showed up. Everyone waited for the police to take notes and leave, but they stuck around….and waited.
Twenty minutes later more squad cars and showed up, so we sensed that they had a very hot lead, within minutes there were more than half a dozen squad cars in the area. Two more patrol cars raced up St Peters Road. 15 minutes later three patrol cars raced out of St Peters, with three suspects in the back.
According to everyone involved, the leader (with the gun) was missing.
Last night was different than most robbery nights. The police appear tired of being embarrassed by the youth in S.P. gone wild.
They dug in, and the numbers kept increasing.
At a certain point, the robbers were flushed out of hiding….
as usual, the leader got away…
so 7 pm you’re broke
at 8 pm you rob the Chinese
at 8:15 you’ve got a few hundred dollars
at 9:30 you are handcuffed and being raced to jail….
is it worth it???
I was broke at 7pm, and I’m broke now……
but at least I’m not in jail

The police were hot on the block last night, they were not playing, they flooded the area with patrol cars and police til St Johns, they were patrolling South Reward. No retreat…No surrender.

Before they robbed Ho’s Supermarket, They robbed Man Chung on L.B. Scott Road (Sheik). The 4 robbers than took the road between the Sr Magda School and The St Maarten Academy and cut through the short cut at the BBO school (Prins Bernhard School. They crossed a plank which took them straight to the alley behind Ho’s Supermarket. They came up from the back alley, which was unexpected since they usually hit from St Peters Street. Two walked into Ho’s and two waited outside, then came in as reinforcement.

Since being laid off from Pelican after 25 years of loyal service. This man has been making ends meet by assisting the Chinese. Last night it almost cost him his life, when he was dragged to the floor and had a gun held to his head, in an effort to keep anyone from interfering in the robbery.
In a strange twist, they ran through his yard from Man Chung Supermarket, and used it as a short cut to rob Ho’s Supermarket.

The police showed up IMMEDIATELY! I can attest to that within moments of seeing the guys dashing through the alley, the police were there. Here they are surveilling the police camera. Where the two men rushing in can clearly be seen. The Ho’s employee was dragged to the floor with a gun to his head, and their was no resistance from anyone else after that. After the initial two masked men rushed in, and held the gun to the employees head, two more masked men then rushed in, and they used the getaway alley next to Ho’s. to get to Tangerine Road….AS USUAL.

Sure enough left Ho’s last night, took a peep through the window and saw some youth man running with a mask etc. I couldn’t believe it, but I saw the commotion and continued to wait. Sure enough in less than five minutes the police were there. How did they get there so fast? Well they were already in the area, investigating the Man Chung (Sheik Robbery) Ho employee Tomas was held to the ground with a gun to his head. These are the first photos from last night. Police along with other curious St Peters residents studied Ho’s recording of the incident, as you can see in the photo. The latest rage is using an old Facebook account, over which I have no control to shamelessly attack Deputy Prime Minister Theodore Heyliger.
I want to make this abundantly clear that I am distancing myself for 100 per cent from these statements and accusations. I have no problems or differences with the minister, as up to last week I was at his office for official business where we discussed various issues.
In addition, I want to caution friends, business associates and the general public not to open nor respond to none of these Facebook messages or otherwise. These messages are not from me and by responding you are opening your system to infiltration and manipulation. For the last two plus years this has been taking place. None of these messages were from me. None!
These messages are coming from a person who has nothing to do but be a perfect public nuisance, with no positive contribution to neither St. Maarten nor mankind.
This individual has a modus operandi which is doing computer work for peopl; steal and change the passwords, then blackmailing the person(s) into paying for the new passwords.
This has happened to former Minister Crastell Gumbs and my former executive assistant Jeffrey Richardson and some other unidentified victims.
When control was taken of my hotmail and Facebook account I filed an official complaint with the prosecutor’s office St. Maarten, The Attorney General Dick Piar and the FBI office in Miami, where I was told this person is wanted in the USA for these same practices inthe Chicago area. If ever caught on US soil the person will be jailed.
What I learnt was we need laws on St. Maarten to prosecute the perpetrator. In the USA several people have gone to jail for these crimes: Invasion of privacy, defamation fo character, stealing of private information and impersonation individuals regardless of status or standing.

with my name is maliciously being done with absolutely no good intentions in mind. This individual has been defaming and attacking the PRime Minister, the Minister of Justice, Hilbert Haart (editor of the Today Newspaper) prominent lawyer Richard Gibson, Labour Advisor Eldridge Van Putten, Antonio Brown senior GEBE employee and many other citizens.
This way of behaving with absolute impunity is apparently possible because we have no internet laws in our penal code, and the individual has no job, no property and absolutely no assets in order to be attached once there is a court verdict. So the individual has become an internet terrorist with absolutely no limits. So a stiff jail stentence should be attached to this type of violation.
In closing I am appealing to the ministers mentioned and our members of Parliament to pass the necessary legislation to curb this type of anarchistic behaviour. I have already spoken to several senators about this matter and it is now time to act. Seemingly there is already draft legislation. Member of parliament the ball is in your court.

As we discussed in Antigua, here are the key points that we discussed regarding Caribbean Finance.
1) Downpayment of 510k to be completed (around 375k remaining) immediately after signing of agreement.
Gives us 51% ownership.
2) Another 490k to be paid after acquisition of retail banking license.
3) During process of acquisition, any profits from businesses conducted under the license charter will be split
50/50 between Mr Rollocks and our group and 45% of the profits will go towards the 490k that is pending.
4) We can start funding of all projects that have been discussed in the past to start profit sharing ASAP.

As we discussed in Antigua, here are the key points that we discussed regarding Caribbean Finance.
1) Downpayment of 510k to be completed (around 375k remaining) immediately after signing of agreement. Gives us 51% ownership.
2) Another 490k to be paid after acquisition of retail banking license.
3) During process of acquisition, any profits from businesses conducted under the license charter will be split
50/50 between Mr Rollocks and our group and 45% of the profits will go towards the 490k that is pending.
4) We can start funding of all projects that have been discussed in the past to start profit sharing ASAP.

As we discussed in Antigua, here are the key points that we discussed regarding Caribbean Finance.
1) Downpayment of 510k to be completed (around 375k remaining) immediately after signing of agreement. Gives us 51% ownership.
2) Another 490k to be paid after acquisition of retail banking license.
3) During process of acquisition, any profits from businesses conducted under the
license charter will be split 50/50 between Mr Rollocks and our group and 45% of the profits will go towards the 490k that is pending.
4) We can start funding of all projects that have been discussed in the past
to start profit sharing ASAP.

These roads were repair with a huge ceremony featuring Kurt Ruan, Sarah Wescot Williams, and Theo Heyliger. We have been posting the photos from DAY ONE, showing that the new roads are INFERIOR, they replaced the original dirt with sand, and the old pipes were replaced with smaller pipes. Will continue to update the road situation.
